The Circle at South End is located just south of Downtown Charlotte in the historic South End neighborhood. The development was completed in winter 2009 consisting of 360 apartment units and 3 retail bays. The retail spaces are now available for occupancy with onsite parking and access to the Bland Street Light Rail stop.
